Matching a board to your TV
How do I find the right board for my TV?
Start with the model number on the label on the back of the set, then read the part number printed directly on the board you are replacing. Search our catalog with either one. If the set is dead and you cannot read the board, email a clear photo of the board plus the rear label and we will identify it for you.
Are these boards original manufacturer parts or replacements?
Both appear in the catalog and each listing states which it is. Replacement boards are built to the same specification and are listed with their own number plus the original numbers they cross to, so you can compare directly against the board you are removing.
How can I confirm a board will work in my set before ordering?
Compare three things: the board number on the part you are removing, the model or chassis reference in the listing title, and the connector layout shown in the photographs. Sets built on the same chassis often share one board across several screen sizes, so a longer compatible model list is normal. If two of the three match, the board is the correct fit.
My model is not listed. Can you still supply the part?
Usually yes. The catalog covers a large part of what the tear-down supply carries but not all of it, so a missing listing does not mean the part is unavailable. Email the model number and a photo of the board and we will check stock and price for you.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are picked and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $58. Orders below that threshold are charged carrier rates, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Checkout is set up for United States addresses. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or overseas, contact us first and we will quote the shipping cost and confirm the carrier can serve your address before you order.
Orders, returns and warranty
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. An address change or cancellation is usually possible while the order is still in the picking queue. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled, and the return process applies instead.
What if the board arrives damaged or does not work in my set?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the board and the packaging. Transit damage and wrong-item shipments are resolved at our cost including return shipping. If a board does not work, send the model number and the board number you installed so we can confirm whether a different revision exists before arranging the return.
Can I return a board I have already fitted?
Boards that have been installed and powered up can only be returned if they are faulty, because the connectors and mounting holes show fitting marks and the part can no longer be sold as tested. Unused boards in their original protective packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for repair shops?
Yes, for TV repair shops and resellers ordering in volume. Email the board numbers and quantities you need and we will send a quote. Pricing tiers depend on the item and the order size.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
An order confirmation is emailed automatically when you order, and the receipt is attached to your shipment confirmation. If you need a copy, or need the invoice made out to a business name or tax ID, email your order number and we will reissue it.
Are the boards tested before shipping?
Used pulls are checked for the rails and signals listed in the specifications table before they are listed, and any known fault such as a cracked connector or a lifted pad is called out in the description. New old stock is unused and untested by us, which is why the listing states which condition applies.
Why does the same board number appear at different prices?
A board can reach us as a used pull, as new old stock, or as a replacement built to the same specification, and those are separate listings with different prices. Where two listings look identical, compare the condition line and the cross-reference list in each description before deciding.
Full delivery and return conditions are on our Returns & Shipping page.
Still need help?
If your question is not answered here, send us the model number from the rear label and a photo of the board and we will look it up.
